Before we present an option to you, we provide the available vehicle information for your review, including CARFAX, auction photos, condition reports, auction announcements, title and odometer status, vehicle history, market data, and available diagnostics when present.
We only begin searches that meet our operating criteria: clean title and a documented actual odometer. We do not place bids on salvage, rebuilt, TMU, or unverified-odometer vehicles, even at a client's request.
WHAT AVAILABLE INFORMATION CANNOT REPLACE
Auction vehicles are purchased under the conditions disclosed by the auction. There is no pre-purchase test drive. Photos, reports, history, and available diagnostics help reduce uncertainty, but they cannot reveal every mechanical, cosmetic, or prior issue.
WHEN A LOCAL VISUAL CHECK IS AVAILABLE
When a vehicle is available for local review and scheduling permits, we may provide additional photos, video, and visual observations. This does not replace a mechanical inspection or guarantee vehicle condition
COSTS, TIMING AND TITLE PROCESSING
Calculator figures and purchase scenarios are estimates. Auction fees, transport, taxes, registration, and delivery timing can vary by vehicle, location, auction, and state requirements. Title release and DMV processing may also take time after purchase.
OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY PROTECTION
Eligible vehicles may qualify for optional third-party vehicle service contracts. Coverage, deductibles, exclusions, waiting periods, and claims are determined by the provider.
